At Dunimarle Castle, we aim to ensure that all visitors have a positive experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Guided Tours and Ticketed Events
Refunds for guided tours or events are available under the following conditions:
a. Cancellations by You

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled tour or event may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

b. Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel or reschedule a tour or event (e.g. due to weather, staff availability, or unforeseen circumstances), we will:

Offer an alternative date, credit, or a full refund

Notify you as early as possible using the contact information provided at the time of booking
2.Third-Party Bookings
If you booked through another third-party platform, their refund and cancellation policies may apply. Please refer to your confirmation email or the booking provider’s terms.
3. Missed Visits or Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour.

Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour and may not be eligible for a refund.

No-shows are considered non-refundable.
4. Private Hire and Group Bookings
Separate terms may apply for private hire, large groups, or custom events. These will be outlined during the booking process. A deposit may be required and may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
